About Free State Four Paws.

Free State Four Paws is a dedicated non-profit dog rescue organization based in Winston County, Alabama, committed to helping the most neglected, abused, and abandoned dogs in the area. The organization provides essential care, medical treatment, and rehabilitation to ensure these dogs have a second chance at life. Unlike traditional rescues, we do not adopt to the public. Instead, we work with adoption and rescue agencies to facilitate the adoption process and ensure that each dog finds a safe and loving home. Our main focus is rescuing dogs from risky situations, whether it be from abuse, neglect, abandonment, or other dangerous conditions. We strive to reduce animal suffering and promote responsible pet ownership. Through our compassionate efforts, we aim to make a lasting impact on both the lives of the animals we save and the people who welcome them into their families.

Rescue

We rescue abandoned, abused, and homeless pets, providing them with medical care, love, and a chance at a forever home.

Spay and Neuter

Our spay and neuter program helps control the pet population and ensures healthier lives for animals.

Events

Join us for fundraising events, and community outreach programs throughout the year.
